We are looking for a results driven Business Development Executive with 2+ years of experience in B2B field sales / direct sales. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with door-to-door sales, client visits, cold calling, prospecting, and face-to-face meetings, Project Management to generate and close new business opportunities.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, visiting businesses, understanding their requirements, presenting Superworks HRMS, Payroll, HCM, and HR automation solutions, and independently driving the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Key Responsibilities

1. Field Sales & Business Development
• Conduct door-to-door and field sales activities to identify and approach potential business customers.
• Visit companies and meet HR, Finance, Admin, IT, and business decision-makers.
• Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, networking, LinkedIn, and other outbound activities.
• Identify organizations with 250+ employees and develop new business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly,



and annual sales targets.
• Independently manage the sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure.

2. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through self-generated leads.
• Conduct regular market visits and identify potential customers in the assigned territory.
• Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities for HRMS, Payroll, HCM, Attendance, and Workforce Management solutions.
• Build long-term relationships with prospects and customers.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and convert qualified leads into customers.

3. Consultative Selling & Product Demonstration
• Understand customer challenges related to HR, payroll, attendance, compliance, and workforce management and Project Management.
• Present and demonstrate Superworks solutions based on customer requirements.
