About Santera
Santera is an AI-native pest control company based in Dubai and licensed by Dubai Municipality. We serve homes, restaurants, hotels, offices and property managers across the UAE. We're a small, fast-moving team that runs on modern tools and automation, and we're growing our outbound sales team.
The role
You'll be part of our outbound sales engine, finding and starting conversations with B2B prospects in the UAE: facility managers, restaurant and hotel groups, property management companies, schools and commercial buildings. You'll research leads, run multichannel outreach and book qualified meetings for our sales team.
What you'll do
• Research and build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, Google Maps and other databases
• Run outbound campaigns over cold email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and calls
• Write and test personalised outreach messages
• Qualify leads and book discovery meetings for the sales team
• Keep the CRM (HubSpot) accurate and up to date




• Track your daily activity and results, and share what's working

Internship duration
This is a 6-month internship. Strong performers will be considered for a full-time role after a performance review at the end of the internship.
What we're looking for
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Comfortable with cold outreach and hearing "no"
• Self-driven and organised, able to work remotely with little supervision
• Curious about sales, B2B and how AI tools can make outreach better
• Final-year students, recent graduates or early-career candidates are welcome
• Bonus: previous experience in sales, lead generation or customer-facing work; familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator or ChatGPT
