About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Associate / Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying current business opportunities, building client relationships, generating leads, and supporting the company's overall growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through various channels.
- Connect with potential clients, partners, and organizations through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Understand client requirements and communicate relevant products/services effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct follow-ups with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Assist in developing and executing business development strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and follow-up.




- Maintain records of leads, interactions, and business opportunities.
- Participate in meetings, networking activities, events, and business development initiatives.
- Achieve assigned business development and lead-generation targets.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and LinkedIn.
- Ability to communicate confidently with clients and prospects.
- Good negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented approach.

Preferred Skills
- Interest in Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition, or Growth.
- Prior internship or experience in sales/business development will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
