Company Description Rock Paper Scissors Studio is a design-first creative studio specializing in end-to-end brand development for organizations looking to stand out from the crowd. The team combines strategic thinking with strong visual storytelling to build distinctive and memorable brand identities. Rock Paper Scissors Studio values collaboration, experimentation, and thoughtful design as core elements of its work culture.

We’re hiring a Social Media Strategist — but we’re not looking for someone who just knows how to make a content calendar.
We’re looking for someone who wants to be the engine behind our social media.
Someone who sees a trend and immediately thinks, “We can do something interesting with this.”
Someone who has loads of ideas, follows culture, understands what makes people stop scrolling, and genuinely enjoys experimenting with content.
You should know the basics — Instagram, LinkedIn, reels,

trends, hooks, engagement, analytics and content planning.
But what matters more to us is:
Original thinking — bring ideas we haven't thought of.
Passion for social — you should genuinely enjoy this space.
Speed & experimentation — try, learn, improve, repeat.
Ownership — don't wait for someone to tell you what to post. Lead from the front.
Creative instinct — understand what could make someone stop, watch, share or comment.

And yes, use AI.
Use it to research faster.
Use it to challenge your thinking.
Use it to sharpen a positive idea into a great one.

But don't ask AI for 10 post ideas, copy-paste the answer and call it creativity.
We don't need someone who can prompt AI.
We need someone with ideas worth prompting AI about.
If social media feels more like your playground than your job, we'd like to meet you.

If that sounds like you (or someone you know), apply through the link below
