Senior Sales Manager, Chit Fund Vertical (Kerala)

Job Responsibilities
• Identify and build a pipeline of chit fund companies across Kerala, starting with Thrissur
• Reach decision makers: owners, MDs, directors, branch heads and operations managers
• Run product demos and explain how Grow improves lead tracking, subscriber acquisition and branch September 2026productivity
• Close deals on our SaaS subscription model (preferred) or a one-time product license where it fits
• Manage the full sales cycle from first meeting to signed contract
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within approved limits
• Hand over closed accounts smoothly to the onboarding team
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts and activity in the CRM
• Share market feedback with leadership on pricing, objections and competitor tools




• Represent Synctric at chit fund association meetings and industry events

Job Requirements
Must have
• 3 to 6 years of experience in sales, business development or operations
• Direct experience with chit fund companies, either working inside one or selling to them
• An existing network across chit companies in Kerala, ideally in Thrissur
• Fluency in Malayalam and English
• Proven record of meeting or beating sales targets
• Comfortable with heavy field work and travel within Kerala

Good to have
• Experience selling software, SaaS or fintech products to NBFCs or chit funds
• Understanding of chit fund operations: auctions, subscriber enrolment, collections, branch structures
• Relationships with chit fund associations or industry bodies
• Basic comfort with CRM tools and digital sales workflows
