Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive




revenue growth and expand our client base. This role is ideal for someone with strong
experience in the media and advertising industry who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven
environment.
The candidate will play a critical role in acquiring new clients, strengthening relationships with
existing ones, and positioning Wrap2Earn as a preferred media partner across multiple
advertising channels.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Drive Business Growth & Revenue
• Identify, prospect, and onboard new business opportunities from advertising agencies

and direct clients.
• Develop strategic sales plans to expand market presence and increase revenue across all

service offerings (OOH, digital, radio, print, and TV).
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and
