Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Kolkata. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, including managing and guiding the sales team, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance against goals. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts, while identifying new business opportunities in the local and regional markets. The Sales Manager will collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction, analyze sales data to support decisions,



and prepare regular sales reports for leadership. The position also includes conducting market research, coordinating promotional activities, and implementing pricing and negotiation strategies aligned with company objectives.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in sales management, preferably in FMCG, food production, or related industries.
• Strong skills in customer relationship management, negotiation, and business development.
• Ability to analyze sales data, forecast demand, and develop effective sales strategies.
• Proven capability to lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
