Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior / Assistant Manager – International Sales to drive international business growth, develop new markets, acquire overseas customers, and manage existing international accounts.

Candidates from Food, FMCG, Agro, Chemicals, Agri-Commodities, Manufacturing, or other export-oriented industries are welcome. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in Food/FMCG, Agro, or related product categories.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute international sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets.
• Identify and develop new international markets, distributors, importers, dealers, and B2B customers.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing overseas customers.
• Generate new business through market research, exhibitions, trade platforms, references, and networking.




• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation and enquiry to negotiation, order confirmation, and execution.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, commercial terms, and contracts with international customers.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Documentation teams for smooth order execution.
• Monitor international market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Develop country/region-wise sales plans and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual international sales targets.
• Prepare sales forecasts, MIS, market reports, and business development plans.
• Attend international exhibitions, trade fairs, buyer-seller meets, and client meetings.
• Travel internationally/domestically as required for business development.
