Role Description:

The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for HopingMinds and its partner organizations. This is a full-time, remote position that involves sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating and conducting interviews, managing offer and onboarding processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure positions are filled within defined timelines. The Talent Acquisition Executive will maintain accurate recruitment reports, build and manage talent pipelines for recurring and critical roles, and proactively engage with potential candidates through multiple digital channels.

The role will also contribute to employer branding initiatives, recruitment marketing campaigns, and the continuous improvement of hiring processes, tools, and candidate engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:





* Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
* Source qualified candidates through job portals, professional networking platforms, social media, referrals, databases, and other digital channels.
* Screen candidates based on job requirements, skills, experience, and organizational fit.
* Coordinate and, where required, conduct candidate interviews and assessments.
* Partner with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and define candidate profiles.
* Build and maintain solid talent pipelines for recurring, high-volume, and critical positions.
* Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, dashboards, and reports, ensuring timely updates on hiring progress and key metrics.
