We build leadership capability and AI fluency for large organisations, and our programmes have reached 28,000+ professionals across 25+ countries, at firms including J.P. Morgan, Deloitte, Fidelity Investments and Deutsche Börse Group.
We are founder-led. Rohan Rajore has spent nearly two decades across engineering, consulting and enterprise learning, holds eight Google Cloud certifications, and delivers generative and agentic AI programmes for enterprises through authorised Google Cloud training partners. Every programme we run is diagnosed before it is designed, taught by practitioners on real work, and measured against outcomes agreed on day one.
We have now decided to take two things international: leadership programmes built for the age of AI, and AI capability programmes for business teams, engineers and project managers. This role exists to build that business.

The roleYou will own our international go-to-market end to end — strategy, demand generation,



pipeline and partnerships — for the UK, the US and Europe. This is an international-only remit; you will not be selling in India.
You decide which markets and segments we go after and why, build the engine that creates demand there, run the conversations that turn that demand into qualified opportunities, and drive those opportunities to signature with the founder closing alongside you. Two colleagues support you day to day — one on demand generation execution, one on sales operations and research — and you set their direction and are accountable for what the engine produces.
You will not inherit a pipeline, a playbook or a warm market. You will inherit a robust offer, real enterprise references, an existing delivery partnership, and a founder who sells with you. This is a builder's role, and we are looking for someone who has built before.
