TITLE: Senior Data Warehouse MSBI Engineer

Location - Pune

Experience - 8 to 12 Years

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Robust hands-on experience with SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, SQL/T-SQL, and Data Modelling.
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Data Warehouse and ETL solutions, including complex SSIS packages and large-volume data processing.
• Strong expertise in SQL Server/T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, Triggers, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Experience with SSAS/SSRS, including cubes, dimensions, measures, hierarchies, analytical models, datasets, and enterprise reporting.
• Strong understanding of Data Modelling, Kimball methodology, Fact/Dimension tables, and Star/Snowflake schemas.
• Experience in production support, troubleshooting, data quality, ETL issues, and performance optimization.
• Good understanding of SDLC, deployment processes, source control, JIRA/TFS, and CI/CD.




• Experience working with business stakeholders and distributed onshore/offshore teams.
• Ability to work independently and provide technical guidance/mentoring to team members.
• Exposure to GCP, BigQuery, Google Cloud Storage, Azure Data Factory, or AWS data services is desirable.
• Knowledge of cloud migration, modernization, and cloud-based data integration is an advantage.
• Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, and AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot is desirable.
• Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred: Candidates with experience modernizing traditional ADW/Data Warehouse environments to Cloud and AI-enabled data platforms.
