We are looking for an energetic Business Development Executive with experience in IT Services Sales, Lead Generation and Outbound Business Development.

Key Requirements :
• 1+ year of Sales / Business Development experience
• IT Services sales exposure preferred
• Strong cold calling, email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting skills
• Lead generation and qualification experience
• Good objection handling and pitching skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Excellent English communication skills

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and research potential clients
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, calls, emails and databases
• Qualify prospects and build a healthy sales pipeline
• Schedule discovery meetings and demos
• Maintain CRM records and achieve monthly pipeline targets
