Role Description The Graphic Designer will work full time in office at our Navi Mumbai location, collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to create visual assets that reinforce Bazana’s brand identity. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing packaging, social media creatives, digital ads, point-of-sale materials,



and other marketing collateral aligned with brand guidelines. The role involves developing and refining visual concepts, creating logos and icons, selecting typography, and preparing production-ready files for print and digital use. The Graphic Designer will participate in brainstorming sessions, maintain consistency across all visual touchpoints, and support campaign rollouts with timely, high-quality design work. The role also includes staying updated on design trends in FMCG and suggesting creative ideas that enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating work in FMCG or consumer brands.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including creating and evolving visual identities across multiple channels.
• Proficiency in Typography, with the ability to choose and apply type effectively for packaging, digital, and print materials
