? Focus: Sales Training | Premium Automotive

? Key Responsibilities
✅ Design & deliver Sales Training programs
✅ Train automotive sales teams on products, processes & selling skills
✅ Conduct classroom, OJT & virtual training sessions
✅ Identify training needs and develop relevant learning interventions
✅ Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments & performance tracking
✅ Develop training content, presentations & assessments
✅ Coordinate with regional stakeholders to support sales capability

? Who Should Apply?




✔ Sales Trainers with 8–10 years of Automobile experience
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in Premium Automotive
✔ Solid experience in Automotive Sales Training
✔ Excellent facilitation, presentation & stakeholder-management skills
✔ Comfortable delivering classroom, OJT & virtual training
