About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Import & Export Operations Executive to manage end-to-end shipment operations for both Phoolchand Bhagatsingh and Ananta Metal Recycling. You'll handle everything from contract creation to final closure — managing documentation, payments, customs clearance, delivery, and bank coordination while keeping management updated on arrivals and upcoming payments.
Key Responsibilities
Imports:
• Contract & shipment creation | Bank & original documents management
• Advance payment & supplier verification | Bill of Entry approval
• Shipment follow-up & post-shipment documents | Final payment & document release
• Port-to-factory/warehouse movement | Bonded & third-party warehousing
• Weighment, damage, shortage & claims handling | Insurance coordination




• CHA coordination | Import bill verification

Exports:
• Export documentation & shipping bill approval
• Buyer coordination | Post-shipment coordination
• Export expense verification & realisation tracking

Reporting:
• Weekly arrivals & payment reports
• Same-day escalation of delays & discrepancies
• Comprehensive shipment tracking & closure records

What We're Looking For
✓ Bachelor's degree (Commerce preferred; EXIM/Foreign Trade certification is a plus)
✓ 2–3 years in import/export documentation & shipment coordination
✓ Expertise: Bill of Entry, Shipping Bill, ICEGATE, Incoterms
✓ Strong Excel skills, disciplined follow-up, meticulous attention to detail
✓ Transparent written English
✓ Languages: English (mandatory), Hindi
