About The Role

Seeking an experienced IBM ELM Architect to lead enterprise-scale ALM and Systems Engineering initiatives. The role involves designing scalable IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management solutions, driving tool integration strategy, and working closely with engineering and business stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement IBM ELM solutions across complex environments.
• Architect solutions using DOORS Next, EWM, ETM, and Global Configuration Management.
• Define ALM roadmaps and best practices.
• Integrate IBM ELM with enterprise applications using OSLC and REST APIs.
• Guide transformation programs focused on requirements, testing, change, and configuration management.
• Provide technical leadership to project teams and stakeholders.

Required Experience

• 10+ years in ALM, Systems Engineering, or Lifecycle Management.
• Strong hands-on expertise in IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM).




• Experience with DOORS Next, EWM, ETM, and RTC.
• Deep understanding of OSLC and API-based integrations.
• Proven experience designing enterprise architecture solutions.
• Experience working with large engineering organizations.

Preferred Experience

• Windchill Modeler, Pure::Variants, or SmartFacts.
• Python scripting and automation.
• Git-based version control.
• Automotive, Rail, Aerospace, Industrial Engineering, or similar domains.
