Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and support Linux-based environments to ensure application availability, stability, and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, middleware, and operating system issues within agreed SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis for incidents and implement preventive measures to minimize recurrence.
• Write and optimize SQL queries in Oracle and PostgreSQL databases for troubleshooting and operational support.
• Manage and support web and application servers, including Tomcat, JBoss, and Apache.
• Monitor system health and analyze logs using tools such as Grafana, Kibana, ELK Stack, Chronograf, and Nagios.
• Develop and utilize scripts for automation, operational efficiency, and issue resolution.
• Investigate network-related issues and perform packet analysis using TCP Dump and related tools.
• Collaborate with development, database, network, and infrastructure teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Support application deployments, configuration changes, and environment maintenance activities.




• Ensure compliance with incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge repository articles.
• Participate in on-call support and critical incident management activities when required.
• Provide technical support for telecom applications and services while ensuring optimal system performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, automation, and operational excellence.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Linux administration, troubleshooting, system monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Proven experience in diagnosing and resolving application, middleware, and Linux platform-related issues.
• Solid expertise in writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex SQL queries in Oracle and PostgreSQL environments.
• Hands-on experience with web and application servers such as Tomcat
