Key Responsibilities:

• Contact lenders, brokers, clients, and third parties via email and phone to obtain required documents or missing information.
• Maintain professional communication and ensure timely responses.
• Handle emails and calls simultaneously, switching between tasks without losing accuracy.
• Keep track of multiple cases or requests at once.
• Answer incoming calls from clients who want to make payments.
• Process payments accurately in the system and follow security protocols.
• Log into various lender portals.
• Download required documents and upload completed or updated files.
• Ensure documents are stored correctly and properly labeled.
• Complete all assigned tasks within the agreed timelines.
• Escalate delays when needed and keep supervisors informed.
• Monitor inbox throughout the day.
• Respond promptly to internal and external emails.
