We introduced the world's first Smart LOTO solution for process industries, transforming how shopfloor teams perform Lockout/Tagout from conventional manual processes to a digital, connected and intelligent system.

Today, Deltafour® is building a Connected Safety Intelligence Platform for large manufacturing and process industries, with 170+ plants, 35+ sites and 60,000+ active users already using the platform.
We are looking for a high-energy Sales Executive who is chasing growth, hungry to learn, loves travelling and enjoys building relationships with enterprise customers.

This is technology and solution sales, not commodity sales.

You will work closely with the Founder and leadership team, spend significant time visiting industrial plants, understand customer problems, demonstrate our technology and build a solid enterprise pipeline.

About the Role

Your primary responsibility will be to build and qualify the enterprise sales pipeline.
You will identify target accounts, engage with plant and business leaders, understand their challenges, conduct product demonstrations and create qualified opportunities for the leadership team to take forward and close.
This role requires someone who is comfortable being on the road, inside plants and in front of customers.

What You'll Do

• Build and qualify a strong enterprise pipeline.
• Identify and engage Plant Heads, EHS, Safety, Maintenance, Operations and Procurement leaders.
• Conduct outbound calling, LinkedIn and email outreach.
• Spend at least 15 days every month on customer and plant visits.
