Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Workday Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Workday configuration, business process management, reporting, security, and document management. The ideal candidate should have experience working across multiple Workday functional areas including HCM, Recruiting, Time & Absence, Compensation/Advanced Compensation, and Talent.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience.
• Strong experience in Workday Business Process Configuration.
• Hands-on expertise in Calculated Fields.
• Strong knowledge of Condition Rules.
• Experience with Custom Objects.
• Experience configuring Questionnaires.
• Strong Workday Reporting experience.
• Knowledge of Workday Security Groups and access controls.
• Experience with Workday Document Management.
• Experience with Onboarding, Offboarding and Offer business processes.
• Knowledge of Workday Drive and document integration.
• Ability to independently analyze requirements and configure solutions.
• Robust understanding of Workday functional areas and underlying data relationships.
