Role Description As a Senior Business Development Associate at LearningShala, you will drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with institutional partners, and expanding our student reach. You will conduct market research, generate and qualify leads,



and manage the end-to-end business development cycle—from initial outreach and presentations to negotiation and closure. The role involves collaborating with counseling, marketing, and product teams to align offerings with market needs and optimize conversion across multiple channels. You will prepare and deliver impactful presentations, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to leadership. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.
