Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of overall experience in Salesforce, with significant experience in business analysis, functional consulting, solution design, or architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Education Cloud.
• Experience working with Education Data Architecture (EDA) and education-sector business processes.
• Robust understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience in business architecture, solution architecture, requirements analysis, and process design.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, reporting, automation, and integrations.
• Experience working with senior business stakeholders and conducting requirement/discovery workshops.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solution designs.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs, including understanding of integration patterns and data flows.
• Strong understanding of data migration, data quality,



and data governance concepts.
• Excellent documentation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead architecture discussions with clients.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Education Cloud Consultant certification.
• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification.
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification.
• Salesforce Administrator and/or Sales Cloud/Service Cloud certifications.
• Experience working with universities, colleges, higher-education institutions, or education technology organizations.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, or Tableau is an added advantage.
