Role Description The Restaurant General Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Shahjahanpur, responsible for overseeing all aspects of day-to-day restaurant operations. This includes managing staff scheduling and performance, ensuring high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety, and driving an excellent guest experience at all times.



The role involves monitoring sales, controlling costs, managing inventory, and implementing company policies and standard operating procedures. The General Manager will lead and develop the restaurant team, support hiring and training efforts, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines and local regulations. The position also requires using performance metrics and feedback to improve operational efficiency and profitability while maintaining a positive, inclusive work environment.
