Position Overview
eClerx Services Limited is seeking Customer Support Agents / Voice Analysts to join its US Voice Process in Chandigarh.The role involves handling inbound calls from US customers, understanding their requirements, resolving customer queries, providing appropriate information and solutions, and identifying relevant opportunities for sales and upselling.The position requires strong English communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international customer service setting.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound calls from US customers and provide professional customer support.
• Understand customer requirements and resolve queries accurately and efficiently.




• Provide appropriate information, solutions, and assistance based on customer needs.
• Identify relevant opportunities for sales and upselling during customer interactions.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Adhere to defined process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Meet established performance, productivity, quality, and customer service targets.
• Maintain a professional and positive customer experience throughout all interactions.

Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is mandatory.
