Project Coordinator - Luxury Furniture (FF&E; & Hospitality Projects) (Immediate Joiners)

Wood Couture is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the delivery of bespoke furniture, artwork, and decorative accessories for luxury hospitality and high-end residential projects.
In this role, you will coordinate closely with design, production, procurement, logistics, suppliers, and project teams to ensure technical accuracy, smooth execution, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review technical drawings, material specifications, and design documentation.
• Coordinate with design and production teams to resolve technical issues.
• Track technical deliverables, project progress, and key milestones.
• Identify technical risks, bottlenecks, and potential quality concerns.
• Conduct inspections of prototypes, production samples, and installations.
• Maintain project documentation and provide technical updates to internal teams, clients, and suppliers.




• Support process improvements to reduce rework, errors, and delays.

What We’re Looking For:
• 2-4 years of experience in technical project coordination within FF&E;, furniture manufacturing, joinery, interior, or hospitality projects.
• Solid knowledge of technical drawings, shop drawings, materials, and finishes.
• Hands-on experience with CAD software and project-management tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Primavera.
• Strong coordination, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant qualification in Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
