Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role based in Malappuram. The Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment at client locations, ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing technical issues, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and providing timely field service support. The role involves documenting service activities, preparing basic reports,



and communicating clearly with clients and internal teams about work performed and any follow-up needs. The Service Engineer will also support technical inquiries, adhere to company safety and quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of service processes.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting and technical support skills to identify, analyze, and resolve equipment and system issues.
