About the RoleThe Social.co is looking for a dynamic, creative, and proactive Social Media Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media, excellent communication and client management skills, and the ability to take ownership of multiple accounts and projects.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working across strategy, content, client relationships, influencer marketing, and day-to-day social media management.

Key Responsibilities• Manage and execute social media strategies for multiple clients across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop monthly content calendars, content strategies, and creative concepts aligned with client objectives.
• Ideate engaging content, reels, campaigns, and social media formats based on current trends and audience behaviour.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, photographers, and other internal teams to ensure timely content delivery.




• Have a basic understanding of social media design and be comfortable creating or adapting simple creatives when required.
• Identify relevant influencers and creators and assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
• Manage influencer communication, negotiations, deliverables, timelines, and campaign coordination.
• Build and maintain robust day-to-day relationships with clients.
• Handle client communication, feedback, approvals, and ensure smooth execution of deliverables.
• Monitor social media trends, platform updates, trending formats, and relevant conversations.
• Track content performance and prepare basic reports and insights for clients.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed within timelines and maintain a high standard of quality.
• Take ownership of assigned accounts and proactively identify opportunities to improve their social media presence.
