The Senior Associate Non-Financial Data Analytics & Reporting serves as the enterprise-wide subject matter expert for the global Risk Analytics Data and Reporting (RADaR) team to develop data strategy, strengthen data & reporting governance and enhance reporting, metrics and analytics.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

• This job partners closely with the leadership team to support the execution of their business goals from Data Analytics and Data Visualization while overseeing data system operations, batch support and governance.

• The Senior Associate Non-Financial Data Analytics & Reporting serves as the enterprise-wide subject matter expert for the Risk Analytics Data and Reporting (RADaR) team to develop high-quality, scalable,



and well-governed Non-Financial Risk (NFR) reporting and visualization solutions.
• The role requires robust technical expertise in data visualization and analytics, combined with business analysis and project management capabilities to manage multiple stakeholders and concurrent initiatives.
• Knowledge of the Operational Risk domain is an added advantage and preferred.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade dashboards and management information for Non-Financial Risk using Tableau.
• Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server/Cloud administration and publishing workflows
• Prepare detailed data analytics routines, scripts, queries, and procedures.
• Dashboard performance tuning (extract optimization, query reduction, context filters)
• Applies industry-specific data analytics, business intelligence and quantitative analysis techniques.
• Analyze and transform data
