We are looking for an experienced and highly responsible Chartered Accountant (CA) to lead and manage the organization's accounting, taxation, audit, financial compliance, and reporting functions.
Job SummaryThe Chartered Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the complete Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Audit, and Regulatory Compliance functions of True Hope Foundation.
The ideal candidate should have robust experience in NGO/Section 8 Company accounting and taxation, statutory compliance, audits, financial reporting, budgeting, donor fund management, and internal financial controls.
The CA will work closely with the senior management team and provide financial advice, reporting, compliance guidance, and strategic financial insights to support the organization's operations and growth.




Key Responsibilities• Manage and supervise the organization's complete accounting and finance operations.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, reconciliations, and supporting financial documentation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS reports, cash-flow statements, and management reports.
• Handle accounting and compliance requirements applicable to NGOs, charitable organizations, and Section 8 Companies.
• Ensure timely compliance with Income Tax, TDS, GST, and other applicable taxation regulations.
• Manage and coordinate Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit, and other financial audits.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, government authorities, and other financial institutions.
• Ensure timely filing of all applicable financial and statutory returns.
• Manage compliance related to 12A, 80G, CSR funds, grants, and donations, wherever applicable.
• Monitor utilization of donations and restricted funds
