Talent Acquisition Executive – Immediate Joiner.
Location: Chennai | Plant-based, Thiruporur / OneHub
Experience: 3–5 Years
Industry: Aerospace / UAV / Engineering
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across technical and corporate roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networks.
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with HODs.
• Manage offer rollouts, joining follow-ups, and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Support employee engagement and other HR activities as required.
Requirements
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Aerospace, UAV, Defence, Manufacturing, or Engineering.
• Solid sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
