Brahmarishi Homes is looking for an experienced and responsible Civil / Project Manager to join our team in Vijayawada.
Position: Civil / Project Manager
Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh
Experience: 3+ years preferred
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, manage and supervise construction projects from start to completion
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors and site teams
• Monitor project timelines, quality standards and budgets
• Ensure construction work follows approved drawings and specifications
• Manage site activities, materials and manpower
• Identify and resolve project-related issues
• Prepare progress reports and provide regular project updates




• Ensure compliance with safety and construction standards

Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Relevant experience in residential or construction projects
• Strong project planning and site management skills
• Good knowledge of construction processes and materials
• Solid communication and team coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines
