Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Head – Procurement & Supply Chain to build and lead Premio Living’s procurement and supply-chain function as the business scales its manufacturing and turnkey interiors operations.

The role will be responsible for strategic sourcing, vendor development, procurement, inventory planning, material availability, cost optimisation,



and supply-chain processes across furniture manufacturing and interior projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in furniture, modular manufacturing, interiors, building materials, or a related manufacturing setting, with the ability to build systems rather than simply manage day-to-day purchasing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Procurement
• Develop and implement the overall procurement strategy aligned with business and manufacturing requirements.
• Establish category-wise sourcing strategies for boards, laminates, hardware, stone, glass, upholstery, metals, finishes, accessories and other materials.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, warranties and commercial agreements.
• Drive cost optimisation without compromising quality or delivery timelines.
• Develop alternate sources for critical materials to reduce supply risk.
