About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Analyst who can understand client business requirements and challenges, convert them into tangible digital and technology solutions and support the pre-sales and solutioning process for domestic and international clients.

What You'll Do
• Drive business requirements discovery and development
• Understand client business challenges and translate them into relevant solutions
• Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline
• Identify and engage CXOs, Founders and senior decision-makers
• Support the selling of technology, digital, design and skilled services
• Own opportunities from initial discovery through qualification, solutioning and closure
• Work with internal teams to develop proposals, pitches and solution responses
• Use Claude,



ChatGPT and AI tools for account research, solution identification, proposal development and pipeline generation

What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of BA experience
• Strong domain experience is a big plus e.g. Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Construction etc.
• Experience in technology / IT / digital / professional services, preferably in a client-facing or pre-sales environment
• Strong tech understanding and ability to speak with senior stakeholders
• Ability to understand business problems and translate them into technology/digital solutions
• Proven track record of building pipeline and/or supporting pre-sales
• Excellent analytical, communication and negotiation skills
• Hands-on experience using Claude + AI tools for client research, solutioning, proposals and pipeline building
• Strong startup mindset - proactive, target-driven and comfortable with ambiguity
