Position: National Scaling Director
Location: Mumbai

This is a full time work-from-office role.

Purpose of the Role:
• To translate the organisation's vision into nationwide execution by building the organisational capability, systems, and leadership infrastructure required for sustainable growth.
• To evolve the flagship program into a high-performing institution that drives innovation and improves educational outcomes for children with intellectual disabilities.
• To strengthen critical government and institutional partnerships to secure large-scale impact and drive systemic change.

The National Scaling Director will manage a team through the direct line management of Senior Managers (programs) and trainers, each responsible for leading a dedicated team, along with the cross-functional team across content & operations.

Role & Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership




• Provide strategic leadership for the implementation and growth of the program by translating the Foundation's vision into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Working closely with the CEO and Strategy Advisor, contribute to the continuous evolution of the initiative by drawing on implementation learning, emerging opportunities, sector developments, and evidence. Develop annual and multi-year implementation plans that support sustainable growth while ensuring alignment with organisational priorities.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen and expand the program through government partnerships, institutional collaborations, and innovative implementation models.

Programme Leadership & Operational Excellence
• Lead the overall implementation of the program across multiple geographies, ensuring high-quality delivery, operational excellence, and measurable impact.
