Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development fresher sales role based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying prospective learners, generating and qualifying leads through calls, emails, and digital channels, and presenting Intellipaat’s training programs in a clear and consultative manner. The Business Development team member will understand customer needs,



recommend suitable courses, and support individuals in making confident enrollment decisions. Daily activities include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, following up with leads, coordinating with marketing and operations teams, and meeting defined sales and performance targets. The role requires a proactive approach, a strong interest in education and technology, and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
