Role Description The Relationship Manager – Government NPS will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with government and institutional clients for the National Pension System (NPS) portfolio. This full-time on-site role, based in Chandigarh,



involves onboarding and servicing government entities, coordinating NPS account opening and documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies. The role includes regular client meetings, educating stakeholders on NPS features and benefits, addressing service requests and queries, and supporting NPS-related campaigns and initiatives. The Relationship Manager will collaborate with internal teams such as operations, compliance, and product to ensure efficient service delivery, accurate reporting, and achievement of business targets. The position also requires tracking market trends, competitor offerings, and providing feedback to enhance NPS products and customer experience.
