Role Description
This is a full-time, in office role as a Quality Admin Support in Coimbatore.
You will be responsible for providing essential administrative and documentation support to the Quality team, ensuring the effective maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS), supporting internal and external audits, maintaining quality records, coordinating training activities, and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives.

You will:Documentation Management• Manage and maintain QMS documents, including revision control, distribution, and record retention.
• Ensure quality documents are updated accurately and within the required timelines.
• Review and maintain technical documents, quality manuals, work instructions, and customer specifications.




• Support the Quality team in preparing visual aids, quality check points, quality alerts, and other quality-related documents.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for quality issues, rejects, corrective actions, and related records.
• Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for quality documentation.
• Maintain quality records and relevant data in ERP systems, including Visual ERP.

Audit Preparation & Support• Coordinate and support internal and external audits, including ISO 9001, UL, and CSA audits.
• Prepare and organize required documentation and records for audits and inspections.
• Support follow-up activities related to audit findings and corrective actions.
• Maintain audit schedules, records, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely closure of audit-related actions.
