Role Description The International Sales & Presales role (AU Shift: 5:15 AM to 2:30 PM) is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The individual in this role will manage international sales inquiries, engage with potential clients across Australia and other markets, and support presales activities such as preparing proposals, presentations, and basic solutions outlines. Daily responsibilities include handling outbound and inbound calls, emails, and online meetings,



understanding client requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate information and timely responses. The role also involves maintaining customer records, tracking leads and opportunities, and providing consistent customer service throughout the sales cycle. The position requires adherence to shift timings, professional communication, and a strong focus on meeting sales and presales targets.
