Role Description The Operations Associate role at EZ is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon. The Operations Associate will support day-to-day operational activities, including coordinating workflows, tracking service delivery metrics, and ensuring adherence to established processes and quality standards. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, implement process improvements,
