About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Counsel to join our Global Legal team. This role will partner closely with Procurement (P2P), Finance, HR, Security, IT, and other cross-functional teams to provide practical legal guidance across commercial contracting, corporate governance, compliance, and privacy matters.





The ideal candidate will have substantial experience supporting a SaaS-based multinational company and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment. This position requires a business-oriented legal skilled who can effectively balance legal risk with commercial objectives while partnering with stakeholders across multiple geographies.

• Commercial Contracting
• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on:
• Customer Agreements
• Vendor Agreements
• Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
• Statements of Work (SOWs)
• Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
• Data Processing Agreements (DPAs)
• AI Addendums
• Partnership and Reseller Agreements

• Identify legal and commercial risks and recommend practical mitigation strategies.
• Partner closely with the Procurement (P2P) team on vendor contracting and procurement-related legal matters.
• Develop, maintain, and improve contract templates, playbooks,
