About the Role
We are looking for a Finance & Compliance Executive to manage finance, accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance activities for our manufacturing plant in Vapi Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities for the plant.
• Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliances.
• Prepare and review MIS reports, financial statements and reconciliations.
• Monitor accounts payable, receivable, expenses and vendor payments.
• Support monthly closing, budgeting and variance analysis.
• Ensure timely compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors and support statutory, tax and internal audits.




• Maintain proper documentation and financial records.
• Work closely with plant operations and management on finance-related matters.
• Identify compliance gaps and ensure timely corrective actions.

Requirements
• CA / CMA Qualified or CA / CMA Inter candidates preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting and statutory compliance.
• Strong Excel and MIS reporting skills.
• Working knowledge of SAP / AI Cloud will be preferred.
• Positive analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to work from a manufacturing plant location in Gujarat.
• Willingness to undertake occasional business travel to Mumbai and Delhi.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

• Shift/Timings: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM or 9:30 AM–6:30 PM
