​About the Opportunity
​We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive / BD Executive to drive lead generation, product demonstrations, and end-to-end sales closure for our modern ERP solution. In this role, you will engage with decision-makers across independent supermarkets, apparel chains, electronics stores, and FMCG distributors nationwide to solve critical retail operational challenges.
​Key Responsibilities
​1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
​Conduct rigorous daily research to identify prospective retail clients across India.
​Build relationships with Store Managers, IT Managers, and key mid-level decision-makers.
​Execute high-volume outbound campaigns via cold calling, personalized email outreach, and skilled networking platforms.
​Consistently meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets.
​2. Lead Qualification & Solutioning
​Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) alignment, current software stack, store count, and pain points (e.g., inventory stockouts, GST billing errors).




​Independently lead transactional and mid-market sales cycles, while assisting Senior Executives on complex enterprise evaluations.
​Collaborate with internal technical teams to tailor ERP software to client-specific requirements.
​3. Product Demonstrations
​Deliver customized virtual and in-person product demos highlighting POS, Inventory, Warehouse, and Retail Management modules.
​Address client objections regarding implementation downtime, hardware compatibility, and staff training with empathy and data-driven solutions.
​4. Proposal, Negotiation & Closure
​Draft commercial proposals, software licensing agreements, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
​Negotiate standard pricing and payment terms to close mid-market contracts while protecting company margins.
​Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
