About the Role
We're hiring an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager – Road Transportation to lead business growth in an assigned region — acquiring new clients, developing key accounts, and building a strong, sustainable sales pipeline.
This role suits someone who has already built a career in logistics/transportation sales, understands freight pricing and commercial structures, and can operate independently to grow revenue — not just manage an existing book of business.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
• Own and drive road transportation sales for the assigned region
• Build and execute sales strategies to hit revenue and growth targets
• Generate new business across corporate,



manufacturing, FMCG, retail, and industrial clients
• Identify untapped markets and business opportunities
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, converting prospects into long-term customers
• Consistently deliver against monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
• Source current customers through direct outreach, networking, and referrals
• Build strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers
• Translate customer transportation needs into the right logistics solutions
• Manage key accounts to ensure high retention and satisfaction
• Develop long-term, strategic relationships with priority customers
Commercial & Negotiation
• Lead pricing, contract, and commercial term negotiations
• Balance customer acquisition with business profitability in every deal
