The Automotive Practice at Epsilon is a rapidly growing team, driving growth for major players in the automotive industry - from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to dealerships across North America. Lead SDET will be responsible for planning and performing both manual & automated testing and improving overall quality assurance practices.

The position requires solid Oracle database knowledge for the Data Services group of a complex rule based multi-channel marketing campaign platform that supports Fortune 100 companies.

The position’s purpose includes,



but is not limited to:

• Leading the team of 4-5 database testers
• Performing code reviews and mentoring and the coaching the team on deliverables.
• Ensuring timely deliverables or release items.
• Provide services to ensure quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the testing effort
• Knowledge of database architecture and best practices for Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
• Design, develop and execute automated test cases and test scripts
• Review test cases and procedures to ensure coverage of and conformance to business requirements
• Implement testing as required according to test plan and project goals
• Communicate testing progress and results in a timely and accurate manner
• Review and continually improve quality assurance practices, including creation and update of documentation related to quality assurance processes and guidelines
• Provide impact analysis and regression tes
