Manas Designs LLP is looking for a proactive, confident, and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the premium residential architecture, interior design, and turnkey execution segment.

We are looking for someone who can build strong industry relationships, identify high-value opportunities, and convert potential clients into long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate qualified leads for premium residential interiors, architecture, villas, and turnkey projects.
* Build relationships with real estate developers, builders, property consultants, channel partners, and high-net-worth clients.
* Identify upcoming residential projects, luxury apartments, villas, and developer opportunities.
* Conduct client meetings, networking activities, site visits, and project presentations.
* Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline with regular follow-ups.
* Coordinate with the design team to prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
* Negotiate commercial terms and drive opportunities towards closure.




* Maintain a CRM or lead tracker and provide regular business development reports.
* Represent Manas Designs LLP professionally at networking events and industry meetings.

Candidate Profile

* Experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in architecture, interior design, real estate, construction, or turnkey execution.
* Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Comfortable with field visits, client meetings, and networking.
* Strong follow-up discipline and a result-oriented approach.
* Ability to identify quality leads and convert them into business.
* A personal two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally will be advantageous.
