Branch Sales Head positions for field work as well as Branch Team Leader & Customer Service Executive are for back office work. Responsibilities include managing branch-level sales activities, promoting the company’s loan and finance products, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales and portfolio targets. Team members will engage with customers, understand their financial requirements, provide suitable product recommendations, and support them through the application and documentation process. The roles also involve maintaining strong customer relationships, monitoring market trends in the local area, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver efficient service. Branch Team Leaders and Branch Sales Heads will additionally oversee team performance, guide and motivate staff, and contribute to branch planning and business development initiatives.
