Your Tasks And Responsibilities





As a Senior User Research & Usability Professional , you will play a key role in shaping end-to-end healthcare experiences across digital solutions, products, and platforms, helping healthcare professionals work more efficiently and effectively.

In this role, you will be responsible for working across all stages of UX research and usability evaluation: identifying, planning, driving, conducting, analysing, and reporting research insights, while building an in depth understanding of users within the context of the business and product portfolio.

• Work closely with cross functional teams (UX, Product, Engineering, Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, and Business) to identify and evaluate research topics and clearly communicate research findings that increase empathy, inform decisions, and meet product evaluation criteria for usability, safety, and effectiveness.
