Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Faridabad. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities in solar EPC and BESS projects, including PM Kusum, government tenders, and utility-scale solar. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads,



building and maintaining relationships with institutional and industrial clients, and managing accounts to ensure repeat business and upselling. The role involves preparing and presenting proposals, coordinating with technical and project teams, supporting tender submissions, and tracking market trends and competitor activities. The Business Development Executive will also contribute to sales forecasting, reporting, and continuous improvement of business development processes.
