Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Salem, responsible for managing and growing KJS Jewellers’ presence across social media platforms. This role involves planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and publishing engaging content,



and optimizing profiles and posts to increase reach and engagement. The Social Media Manager will monitor trends, track performance metrics, and report on campaign results to support brand awareness and customer engagement. Daily tasks include coordinating with marketing and retail teams, responding to customer inquiries and comments, maintaining a consistent brand voice, and supporting promotions and events through social channels.
