Minimum Qualifications:
• Education: BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC, MBA.
• 3–5 years of experience in CCM/document composition with strong hands-on expertise in Quadient Inspire.
• Proven ability to build and scale templates/components for high-volume communications with robust attention to detail.
• Experience troubleshooting template, layout, and data-mapping issues and delivering fixes with quality and speed.
• Working knowledge of AI concepts and ability to support AI-enabled improvements in communication workflows. Key Responsibilities: Quadient Inspire Development & Scaling
• Design, develop, and enhance document templates and communication journeys using Quadient Inspire for high-volume, scalable delivery.
• Build reusable components, styles, and modular template structures to improve maintainability and speed of delivery.
• Configure and optimize batch and on-demand output generation for print and digital channels while meeting performance SLAs. Integration, Data & Quality
• Integrate data sources and transform input data to support personalized content rendering and accurate output formatting.
• Troubleshoot composition issues, layout defects, data mapping errors, and output inconsistencies; provide root-cause fixes.
• Partner with QA to define test cases, validate output accuracy, and ensure regression coverage for template changes. Collaboration & Delivery Excellence
• Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements, propose template approaches, and estimate effort for enhancements and releases.
• Maintain documentation for templates, components, data mappings, and deployment processes to support team scalability.
